Wayne Colodny is an experienced personal injury and civil trial attorney. He was admitted to practice law in Texas in 1982. Mr. Colodny was born in Freeport, New York to two Brooklynites but was raised in Dallas, Texas and has been a proud resident of San Antonio, Texas since 1979. He graduated with a J.D from St. Mary's University School of Law (San Antonio, Texas) in 1982 in the top quarter of his graduating class. Prior to that, he obtained a B.S. in Radio, Television and Film from the University of Texas-Austin in 1979.

The earliest part of Mr. Colodny's legal career was spent as an insurance defense lawyer for Allstate and Nationwide/Wausau Insurance Companies. However, he has now "reformed" and solely represents innocent injured victims in their quest for justice and fairness. Mr. Colodny has successfully tried many cases to verdict before juries in the Texas counties of Bexar, Travis, Cameron, Webb, Calhoun, Williamson, Zavala, San Patricio and Nueces. He has also participated in many binding arbitration proceedings and non-jury bench trials. He has represented parties in over five hundred mediations and has also served as mediator on several occasions. He is a member of the San Antonio Trial Lawyers Association and Texas Trial Lawyers Association. He has handled many pro bono cases including work for the Community Justice Program in San Antonio. Mr. Colodny is the father of two sons (Matthew and Steven) and is  an ardent follower/observer of sports,  music and politics.
