Mark Wolfe is a native of Seguin, Texas. He spent much of his childhood on his family's small ranch in Belmont, Texas working with his father and grandfather. Mark graduated from Texas State University in 2005 with a double major in Spanish and Political Science. During college and law school he spent extensive time studying Spanish in Mexico, Spain and Panama. In 2008, Mark graduated from South Texas College of Law in Houston and moved to San Antonio.

Mark has been with Tom Rhodes Law Firm since its inception in 2009. In that short time, he has actively litigated cases throughout Texas, New Mexico, Alabama, Kentucky and Connecticut. Mark has been a part of trial teams responsible for obtaining verdicts totaling in excess of $100 million. His practice is primarily focused on the firm's Commercial Litigation, Mass Torts and Catastrophic Injury cases.

In 2012, Mark was named in the "Top 40 under 40" for the State of Texas by The National Trial Lawyers Association. Membership in the "Top 40 under 40" is by invitation only, limited to 40 individuals each year and is extended exclusively to those individuals who exemplify superior qualifications, trial results, and leadership as a young lawyer under the age of 40. Additionally, Mark was honored by his peers as a 2012 Super Lawyer Rising Star, an award which is only given to 2.5% of attorneys who have been practicing 10 years or less.

When not in the office, Mark enjoys spending time with his wife Veronica and his dog Cody, traveling, reading, and following basketball.
